Capacity Building KSK 2018

The Bengkulu Province BPS held a Kecamatan Capacity Building Coordinator (KSK) program for two effective days, namely November 4 and 5 2018. The event which took place at the Grage Bengkulu Hotel was opened directly by the Head of the Bengkulu Province BPS, Dyah Anugrah Kuswardani, MA. On the occasion, Mrs. Dyah hoped that capacity building activities attended by all BPS KSK throughout Bengkulu Province could provide new motivation and enthusiasm for all participants in building a much better quality of BPS data.

To realize the expectations of the head of the BPS, the committee invited two speakers as well as a great motivator to spur the fighting spirit of the KSK amidst increasingly complex challenges. The first speaker was the former Deputy of Social Statistics of the Republic of Indonesia, Mr. Jousairi Hasbullah who was also a data interpreter. The next resource person is a consultant and HR development trainer, Mr. Jack Alenzo.

In addition to accepting motivation and tips for developing themselves through these two main sources, the KSK also received additional enlightenment from echelon III officials in the Bengkulu Provincial BPS Office with regard to technical and administrative activities, one of which was from the Head of IPDS, Ms. Endang Trisilowati.

In general, the BPS KSK capacity building activities in Bengkulu Province in 2018 went smoothly, lively and energetic. Hopefully with this activity, the fighting spirit and motivation of the KSK, as the spearhead of BPS, is increasingly burning to create quality statistical data that is trusted by all groups.
