Bengkulu Province Paddy Production 2020 fell 1.23 percent

The rice harvested area in 2020 was 64,137 hectares, a decrease of 270 hectares or 0.42 percent compared to 2019 which amounted to 64,407 hectares. Rice production in 2020 was 292,834 tons of milled dry unhulled rice (GKG), a decrease of 3,638 tons or 1.23 percent compared to 2019 which amounted to 296,472 tons of GKG. If converted into rice for population food consumption, rice production in 2020 will amount to 167,793 tons, a decrease of 2,085 tons or 1.23 percent compared to 2019 which amounted to 169,878 tons.
