Abstract
In July 2021, Bengkulu City experienced a deflation of 0.12
percent. Based on the monitoring of the Central Statistics Agency in 90 cities
in Indonesia, 61 cities experienced inflation and 29 cities experienced
deflation. The highest inflation occurred in Sorong at 1.51 percent and the
lowest inflation in Sampit at 0.01 percent. Meanwhile, the highest deflation
occurred in Manokwari at 0.60 percent and the lowest occurred in Maumere and
Samarinda at 0.01 percent. With deflation of 0.12 percent in July 2021, the
amount of calendar year inflation (inflation rate) is 1.18 percent, and annual
inflation (year on year) is recorded at 2.00 percent.
