Abstract

In April 2022, Bengkulu City experienced an inflation of 1.45 percent. Based on the monitoring of the BPS-Statistics in 90 cities in Indonesia, all cities experienced inflation. The highest inflation occurred in Tanjung Pandan at 2.58 percent and the lowest in Gunungsitoli at 0.22 percent.
Bengkulu City inflation in April 2022 occurred due to an increase in prices as indicated by a fairly large increase in several price indexes in several expenditure groups. The expenditure group that experienced the highest inflation was the food, beverage and tobacco expenditure group at 2.78 percent.
