Abstract

In March 2022, the level of inequality in the expenditure of the population of Bengkulu Province as measured by the Gini Ratio was 0.315. This figure decreased by 0.006 points compared to the September 2021, the same pattern occurred when compared to March 2022 and March 2021, in this period it decreased by 0.011 points, with the Gini ratio in March 2021 was 0.326.
Based on the World Bank's measure of inequality, the distribution of expenditure in the bottom 40 percent is 21.62 percent. This means that the population's expenditure in March 2021 is in the category of low inequality level.
