Abstract

The Data Needs Survey (SKD) is a survey conducted by the BPS of Bengkulu Province to identify consumer needs and satisfaction in order to improve BPS data quality and public services. Respondents in SKD 2020 are consumers who receive services from the BPS Integrated Statistics Service (PST) unit from January 1 – September 30, 2020. In general, the purpose of implementing SKD 2020 is to obtain evaluation materials from consumers as a supporter of improving the quality of statistical data and information. The SKD results are presented in the form of a publication containing descriptive analysis of consumer characteristics, analysis of service unit performance, analysis of anti-corruption behavior, analysis of data needs, and analysis of consumer satisfaction with data quality. Data is presented in the form of tables, graphs and infographics. Some of the main indicators presented in this publication include the Consumer Satisfaction Index (CSI), the Anti-Corruption Perception Index (IPAK), and the percentage of consumers who are satisfied with the service and quality of BPS data. The scope of analysis SKD 2020 is PST in Central BPS.
