First Quarter 2018, Bengkulu Province Economy Grows by 5.08 Percent

The economy of Bengkulu Province in the first quarter of 2018 (y-o-y) grew by 5.08 percent, slowing when compared to the first quarter of 2017 which grew 5.21 percent. In terms of production, the highest growth was achieved by the electricity and gas procurement business sector at 11.81 percent and health services and social activities at 8.37 percent. Meanwhile, from the expenditure side, the highest growth was achieved by the LNPRT consumption expenditure component of 8.70 percent.
