Abstract

  • Bengkulu Province NTP in July 2019 was recorded at 92.16 which means that the purchasing power of farmers in Bengkulu Province is still deficient at 7.84 percent. This figure is higher than the June 2019 NTP of 91.86, up by 0.33 percent. The increase in Farmer Exchange Rates (NTP) occurred in the culture cult sub-sector and the smallholder plantation sub-sector. The NTP changes in July 2019 for each sub-sector compared to June 2019 are as follows: food crop subsector (NTPP) 96.56 (tend to remain), NTP hor kultura subsector (NTPH) 121.45 (up 1.61 percent), NTP smallholder plantation subsector (NTPR) 75.80 (up 0.35 percent), livestock subsector NTP (NTPT) 107.74 (down 0.46 percent) and fisheries / fisheries sub-sector (NTN) NTP 96.92 (down 0, 77 percent). Capture fisheries sub-sector (NTNT) NTP 104.39 (down 0.12 percent) and aquaculture fisheries subsector (NTNB) 94.12 (down 1.03 percent). 
  • Agricultural Business Exchange Value was recorded at 103.44 or increased by 1.29 percent compared to June 2019 which was recorded at 102.12. Increased Agricultural Business Exchange Value (NTUP) occurs in almost all sub-sectors. The changes in NTUP of each sub-sector are as follows: food crops 0.65 percent, culture culture 2.11 percent, smallholder plantations 1.68 percent, livestock 0.16 percent, fisheries 0.15 percent, capture fisheries 0.77 percent and aquaculture -0.11 percent.
