Abstract

In March 2021, the number of poor people (population with monthly per capita expenditure below the Poverty Line) in Bengkulu Province reached 306,000 people (15.22 percent), an increase of 3,421 people compared to March 2020 conditions of 302,579 people (15.03 percent).
The percentage of poor people in urban areas in March 2020 was 14.77 percent, increasing to 15.10 percent in March 2021. Likewise, the percentage of poor people in rural areas in March 2020 was 15.16 percent, rising to 15.28 percent in March 2021.
