Abstract

  • In March 2022, the number of poor people (population with monthly per capita expenditure below the Poverty Line) in Bengkulu Province reached 297.23 thousand people (14.62 percent), an increase of 5.4 thousand people compared to September 2021 which 291.79 thousand people (14.43 percent).
  • The percentage of poor people in urban areas in September 2021 was 14.73 percent, increased to 14.88 percent in March 2022. While the percentage of poor people in rural areas in September 2021 was 14.28 percent, increased to 14.49 percent in March 2022.
