Abstract
Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) for star hotels in Bengkulu
Province in July 2021 was recorded at 24.61 percent, down 20.93 points compared
to hotel TPK in June 2021 which was recorded at 45.54 percent. When compared to
the same month in 2020, the ROR for five-star hotels decreased by 14.72 points.
The average length of stay of guests (RLMT) at five-star hotels in Bengkulu
Province in July 2021 was recorded at 1.54 days, an increase of 0.08 points
compared to the RLMT hotel in June 2021 which was recorded at 1.46 days. When
compared to the same month in 2020, the RLMT of five-star hotels decreased by
0.10 points. Of the 10 provinces on the island of Sumatra, with a TPK for star
hotels of 24.61 percent, Bengkulu Province ranks eighth in the TPK in Sumatra.
The highest ROR for Star Hotels is South Sumatra Province with 41.70 percent.
Meanwhile, the lowest TPK in Sumatra in July 2021 was the Province of the
Bangka Belitung Islands, which was 15.75 percent.
