BPS Bengkulu Province has won an award in the Monitoring and Evaluation of Public Service Performance with the category of "Excellent Service" from the Ministry of Empowerment of State Apparatus and Bureaucratic Reform. In addition, as a form of consistency in maintaining service quality, BPS Bengkulu Province has also received ISO 9001:2015 Certification.
For this achievement, BPS Bengkulu Province was visited by the Center for Development, Education, and Training of Planners Team, National Development Planning Agency of the Republic of Indonesia (Pusbindiklatren Bappenas RI), on Tuesday, September 10, 2024. The team led by Wiky Witarni was warmly welcomed by the Head of BPS Bengkulu Province Ir. Win Rizal, ME, Head of General Affairs, Integrated Statistics Service Team and Public Relations and Cooperation Team of BPS Bengkulu Province.
The purpose of this visit is to discuss and benchmark related to the implementation of service policies, HR professionalism, infrastructure, SIPP, complaint consultation, and innovation. Specifically, service management in the form of sanctions, awards, and compensation in service policies and management of Service Surveys.
